Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process:

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Certain items, such as sale or clearance items, may not be eligible for return. We do not accept returns on items purchased In-store or Pop-up events.

• We will review your return and send you a prepaid shipping label which will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
