• Shipping Time: Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days within the UK. International shipping can take upto 14 business days depending on country.
• Shipping Options: We offer standard shipping rates and may provide expedited options at checkout.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process:

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Certain items, such as sale or clearance items, may not be eligible for return. We do not accept returns on items purchased In-store or Pop-up events.
• How to Return: To initiate a return, please log into your account and initiate a return. We will review your return and send you instructions on how to return your item. Customers are liable for paying shipping costs for returns.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
